International Trade Press Stand
Dear Sir or Madam,
the Biennial Valve World Conference & Exhibition, Valve World Expo, will present latest innovations in the fields of valves in their complexity and diversity at Düsseldorf fairgrounds from 27th to 29th November 2012.
For this event Messe Düsseldorf offers you a special service. We shall be setting up an International Trade Press Stand centrally located in hall 4 G 39. The stand will allow you to present your publications directly to your target group of international trade visitors.
Our International Trade Press Stand gives you the opportunity of displaying up to 300 free copies of your trade journals for a fee of € 210,00 (plus 19% VAT) per title, for which you will be invoiced after the staging. The Trade Press Stand will be supervised by Messe Düsseldorf personnel.
Please understand that only trade journals may be displayed. Publicity materials as well as publications with religious, political, ideological or other non-topic-related content cannot be considered for display. Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to return at the publisher’s expense any journals not complying with these regulations.
We regret that for reasons of cost any copies left over at the end of the Trade Fair cannot be returned. Where such copies are not collected, they will be disposed of.
