Representatives from AUMA actuator’s workforce of over 2,000 people attended the company’s annual sales training conference. Sixty people from the company’s 19 international subsidiaries met in Freiburg, Germany. Intensive technical training was provided on latest product developments for the company’s modular electric actuators including corrosion protection, diagnostic concepts, certification, Safety Integrity Level and fieldbus technologies.

The forum, which also presented a cultural exchange opportunity, reinforces AUMA’s philosophy of providing Group companies with in-depth knowledge to enable them to provide a comprehensive local supply and support service. Countries represented were Australia, Austria, Netherlands, China, Czech Republic, Finland, France, India, Italy, Japan, Middle East, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, UK and the USA.
