In 2010 Grupo Cuñado acquired Vector Valves.

Vector & Wellheads Engineering is a leading manufacturer of valves used in the petrochemical, nuclear fuel, fossil, oil & gas and industrial processes.

Weir Walthon Pacific SA (WWP) was founded in 1960 in Zaragoza (Spain), becoming one of the major valve manufacturers in the world.

WWP founded a group of companies that specialize in particular product lines, such as Valcontrol, who specialized in control valves.

WWP ceased trading in 2002 and a few months later, part of his management team founded Vector & Wellheads ENGINEERING, taking some of the staff of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.
