KOFLOW Valve Group

KOFLOW VALVE is a large scaled valve enterprise with integrated
R&D, manufacturing and marketing, having more than 580 stuffs,
115 of them are professional technicians and engineers. KOFLOW
has three main manufacturing bases covering a land area of 78000m2
including 52000m2 building areas.
The company consists of its own foundry, machining workshops,
welding, heat treatment, assembly and testing, laboratory for
physical and chemical analysis, and is well equipped with more
than 300 sets of advanced processing and testing equipments, such
as CNC machining centers, plasma spraying welding machines,
CNC large sized spherical equipments, physical and chemical
analysis equipments, NDE equipments, automatic painting line, etc.
The main products range from gate valve, globe valve, check valve,
ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve as well as blind valve, blow-off
valve, metallurgy valve and other various non-standard valves.
Main materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless
steel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Alloy 20, Bronze, Titanium, etc., with
the nominal diameter ranges from 1/2” to 140"(DN15~3500mm), and
pressure rating from 150lbs to 4500LBS. The products are widely
used in the fields of petrochemical, chemical, natural gas, water
treatment, marine service, power generation service, thermo solar,
metallurgy etc..

The company is developing both national and international markets
and enjoying high reputation and trust from clients in many
countries and regions, such as Europe, America, Middle east,
Southeast Asia, etc. At the same time, the company has set up the
advanced ERP management system and valve R&D center.
Therefore, the company has strong ability of research and
development in 3D molding design, finite element analysis, and
transforming it to CAD/CAM.
