Welcome to ITAG

With over 500 employees, the ITAG Group is an internationally well-known service company and provides a wide range of services for the oil and gas industry and geothermal energy providers. Founded in 1912 by the German oil pioneer Hermann von Rautenkranz, ITAG is one of the most experienced drilling contractors in Europe. Also, ITAG is a global oilfield equipment manufacturer with a large state-of-the-art product range. In 2001 the prominent Qatar businessman Dr. Jaber A. Al-Marri - under AIPC holding - purchased the company. With his leadership and vision the ITAG Group has developed new markets in the MENA region. One example is the new multi-use facility in Doha Qatar where ITAG now can offer a range of services to complement the ITAG Celle operations. The core business of ITAG Valves & Oilfield Products is design and development, manufacturing and sales of Ball Valves (according to national and international standards with nominal sizes from 1’’ to 60’’ (DN 25 to DN 1500) and pressure ratings up to ASME Class 2500 / PN 420 / API 10.000), Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment and Kelly Valves. The products are developed by our own engineering department. It is the company’s policy to maintain a relatively high in-house production capability, and only out-source components or services readily available at excellent quality.

We distribute our products to the global market with main focus in Europe, Russia, Middle East and North Africa and we would be pleased to manage the upcoming projects together with you.
