Mission Statement.

It is the policy of Alphatek Hyperformance Coatings Limited to provide the Client with the most effective solution and service at the best possible price and quality, ensuring a smooth on-time delivery in every case. Alphatek achieve this with transparency, trust and high standards controlled and managed with the development and implementation of an ISO EN 9002 Quality Control and Management system.

Established in August 1993 and going strong!

Originally founded on a hard-earned 'second to none' reputation for providing an excellent in-situ coating service, Alphatek Hyperformance Coatings continue to supply a wide range of thermally sprayed, fluoropolymer and DLC surface engineered coating solutions to an equally wide range of industries. Their product portfolio may have grown and evolved, as have premises and workforce, but the company ethos remains the same ‘Quality is not expensive, it’s priceless’.

Valve Enhancing Coatings.

Alphatek applies a wide range of coatings for valve related applications to enhance performance and extend critical component life. These include tungsten and chrome carbides to prevent wear of sealing surfaces i.e. balls, gates, plugs, seats, and aluminium alloys for external corrosion protection. Fluoropolymer coatings are specified for both internal and external valve components to provide low friction and corrosion protection.

Engineered Coating Range.

HYPERLOY® Thermal Spray and DLC Coatings - Tailored thermal spray applied metallic, cermet and ceramic coatings for extreme wear, corrosion and heat resistance. Alphatek’s innovative diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings offer extreme wear resistance and ultra low friction.

HYPERTRAK® Traction Coatings - Increased grip under extreme conditions.

HYPERSLIP® Release and Fluoropolymer Coatings - Based primarily on fluorocarbon resins, these coatings provide low friction and corrosion resistance for improved productivity, and non stick surfaces for greater efficiency and reduced cleaning down costs.

HYPERFLON® Combination Coatings - These coatings can combine the best characteristics of HYPERLOY® and HYPERSLIP® materials to provide enhanced surface benefits for specific applications.
