This is the second time in Düsseldorf that the Valve World Conference & Exhibition Valve World Expo will be held in Düsseldorf – from 27 to 29 November 2012 The exhibition will occupy Halls 3 and 4, and the conference will be held in the adjacent CCD South.
The digital ticket shop on the Internet portal is due to open at the end of July. One major advantage of an e-ticket is that it’s so much cheaper than the admission tickets sold on site. It only takes a few mouse clicks, and you can create and print out your own ticket from your home or office PC (www.valveworldexpo.com/2130).
When you enter Valve World Expo, simply hold it against the turnstile, and you can walk straight through. The ticket also serves as a free public transport ticket on local trains, trams and buses (covered by the VRR transport network).
An online 1-day ticket is only EUR 29 instead of EUR 39, and a digitally booked 3-day ticket is EUR 45 instead of EUR 55 (at the ticket office).
Upon presentation of the corresponding legitimation, pupils, students, trainees, voluntary military service, federal voluntary service, unemployed persons, senior citizens from 65 years onwards, disabled persons (with B-blind- or H –helpless- on the ID card, the accompanying person has free admission) and the Düsselpass owners are eligible to purchase a reduced ticket.
An even more convenient method is to download an admission ticket to your smartphone. But this ticket cannot be used for free public transport within the VRR.
This is the first time that the trade fair catalogue is included in the admission price. Copies of the catalogue can be picked up at the entrances.
