High Potential Days meets Young Engineer Program

Even more insights, even more contacts: The High Potential Days will once again take place in 2026 in conjunction with KCI’s Young Engineer Program. This gives young, up-and-coming talent the opportunity to get to know selected companies at the VALVE WORLD EXPO in an even more targeted way and to forge valuable contacts within the international fittings and valves industry.

As part of the Young Engineer Program, the groups of participants visit up to eight selected exhibition stands. The companies are chosen from among the exhibitors taking part in the High-Potential-Days, including the programme’s sponsors.

Vouchers for the Young Engineer Program

A limited number of free registrations for the Young Engineer Programme are also available to companies taking part in the High Potential Days. Registration is via a voucher code and operates on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Information for exhibitors

Taking part in the High Potential Days is a prerequisite for being considered for a visit to the Young Engineer groups. Due to limited capacity, it is not possible to visit all participating companies automatically.
