* Media Fee

The media fee to be paid by every exhibitor serves the publishing of the exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media along with use of the event’s Internet page by the exhibitors. The contents of the media lump sum are specified in the OOS (under the tab „information“).

** AUMA-Amount

An additional charge of € 0.60 per m² is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).

*** Waste-disposal fee

maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 sqm

The price of each service can be found at the relevant point in the OOS. An advance payment for these services (see clause 14 part 5 of the General Terms and Conditions) will be charged on the basis of the amount charged for the last event. Exhibitors who did not participate in the latest event shall have to make such advance payment in the amount of ! 25.00 per square metre. After-fair settlement of accounts shall be based on services actually ordered. See Conditions of Participation for further information.
