VALVE WORLD EXPO - 3 to 5 December 2024

Important information on stand construction for VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024

Hello,
##Auftragsnummer=[fe_6]##
We are fast approaching the VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024!

To help you prepare for this, we would like to remind you of a few important topics:

Please check whether the following criteria are met in your stand construction:

Wall cladding:

Stands can be constructed using your own materials. Backs of stands with a height of 2.50 m or more must be designed in a neutral and clean manner in the colour spectrum of white, grey or beige so that the interests of the stand neighbours are not affected.

Keep the aisles clear:

For safety reasons, it is not permitted to block escape and rescue routes with stand construction materials or other. Regardless of the width of the hall aisle, a minimum passage of 1.20 m must be kept free in the aisles. Along the boundaries of the stand to the hall aisle, therefore, a maximum of 0.90 m in width may be used for placing stand construction material on both sides, for example, with an aisle width of 3.00 m.

Presentations/music on your stand:

Presentations, optical, I slowly moving and acoustic advertising media as well as musicalor audiovisual reproductions are permitted provided they do not inconvenience neighbouring exhibitors, cause congestion in the aisles or drown out announcements made by Messe Düsseldorf in the halls.

The noise level must not exceed 70 dB(A) at the stand perimeter.

Cable management:

When laying larger-dimensioned pipes or cables, it is necessary to check the options and agree on a price with Messe Düsseldorf in advance. All work of this kind and all anchoring is carried out exclusively in accordance with Messe Düsseldorf's specifications and by approved specialist companies of Messe Düsseldorf.

The costs for this are borne by the exhibitor.

Advertising directed towards neighbouring stands – maintain minimum distance:

Outside of the exhibitor's own stand area, advertising on the Messe Düsseldorf grounds may only be carried out by Messe Düsseldorf's service partners. Advertising directed towards neighbouring stands must be at least 3.00 m away from them.

The 70/30 rule for open sides:

On one side of an aisle must not exceed approximately 30% in order to document the open character of the exhibition stand at the event. In other words, 70% of the open side facing the aisle must remain free.

Note: Please read the documents on safety and environmental management carefully - your safety is important to us!

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you at VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024!

Yours sincerely,
Your VALVE WORLD EXPO Team
