The management of the KSB Group will continue to run the company together – now until the end of 2027. The Board of Directors of KSB Management SE agreed to Dr. Stephan Timmermann's (64) request to extend his contract until December 31, 2027. At the same time, Ralf Kannefass and Dr. Matthias Schmitz extended their terms of office by three years each. CTO Stephan Bross's contract already runs until the end of 2027.
“This management team has done an outstanding job over the years and taken KSB to a new level, despite difficult conditions,” says Dr. Harald Schwager, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “We are delighted that continuity in KSB's management will enable us to ensure the successful implementation of the corporate strategy and the further development of the company.”
Successful development under proven leadership
The four-member management team has been shaping KSB's positive development for eight years now. Under their leadership, the company has increased its sales by over 30 percent, tripled its earnings (EBIT), and quadrupled its market value. Last year's employee survey showed that KSB's workforce is more committed than ever.

- Stephan Timmermann (CEO): Spokesperson for the Executive Board, responsible for KSB SupremeServ, Strategy and Human Resources
- Stephan Bross (CTO): Production, Research & Development and Digital Transformation
- Ralf Kannefass (CSO): Sales and Marketing
- Dr. Matthias Schmitz (CFO): Finance, IT and Purchasing
