Management Change in the SAMSON Executive Board

Dr. Thomas Steckenreiter is no longer part of the SAMSON Executive Board. As decided by the company's Supervisory Board in its meeting on April 30, 2024, Dr. Steckenreiter was immediately removed as a member of the Executive Board. The area of responsibility formerly held by Dr. Steckenreiter, who served as Chief Technology Officer, has been temporarily assigned to the Chairman of the Executive Board, Dr. Andreas Widl, as explained in a press release by SAMSON.

Starting May 1, 2024, the Executive Board will consist of the following members:
