PRUSS is further expanding its international presence, with a particular focus on strengthening its activities in the Chinese market. With the establishment of PRUSS Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong, a new holding company has been created to serve as the central platform for the PRUSS Group’s activities across Asia.
The new structure is supported by two key companies in China: PRUSS China Ltd. serves as the Group’s manufacturing site, focusing in particular on high-quality production, efficient processes and operational excellence. This is complemented by PRUSS Shanghai Ltd., a sales joint venture dedicated to serving existing customers and further expanding PRUSS’s presence in the Chinese market.
With this new corporate structure, PRUSS is bringing together manufacturing expertise, local market knowledge and international sales structures. At the same time, the company is creating a platform to further develop its activities in Asia over the long term and to strengthen its proximity to local markets and customers.
“The establishment of PRUSS Asia Ltd. is an important step in our international growth strategy. By combining local production, sales capabilities and market expertise, we are creating the conditions to support our customers in Asia even more effectively and to tap into additional market potential,” PRUSS explains.
The expansion into China comes at an interesting time for the international valve and industrial sectors. From 1 to 3 December 2026, the industry will meet at the Valve World Expo in Düsseldorf. PRUSS will also be exhibiting at the trade fair, presenting its products and solutions to an international audience of industry professionals.
The Valve World Expo will therefore provide PRUSS with an opportunity not only to meet existing customers and partners, but also to present the company’s international orientation and the next steps in its expansion strategy. Personal exchange with international market partners is expected to play an important role, particularly in the further development of PRUSS’s business activities in Asia.
The establishment of the new corporate structure therefore marks another step towards a more internationally positioned PRUSS Group. The company sees attractive opportunities for further growth in the development of the Chinese and wider Asian markets and intends to continuously strengthen its position in the region over the coming years.
