At ACHEMA 2024, EBRO ARMATUREN unveiled their latest position controller for the process industry, equipped with advanced features to enable precise control across various application areas. The electropneumatic position controller EP3 optimizes industrial processes through its intelligence and reliability and is specially designed for everyday use, offering numerous benefits to users.

The integration of modern technologies such as the Auto-Tune function ensures easy commissioning. The controller can be operated via traditional digital and analog signals as well as the modern IO-Link. Another highlight is the integrated Eco Mode, specifically developed for opening and closing movements, which significantly reduces compressed air consumption. This increases energy efficiency and can lead to a reduction in operating costs. The EP3 is suitable for both single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators and is compatible with all EBRO valves for on/off and control applications.
