New addition to the management team. Since the beginning of August, Schiebel Antriebstechnik has welcomed a new member to its management team. Hannes Kraus brings more than 20 years of experience in the valve and actuator industry and has taken on the position of Head of Business Development at the Austrian actuator manufacturer.
In his new role, Kraus will be responsible for the international sales team while also taking on responsibilities in product management. His extensive industry and market experience will thus contribute even more strongly to the company's international development in the future.

His arrival also comes at an important time for the international valve industry. From December 1 to 3, 2026, the industry will meet at the Valve World Expo in Düsseldorf.
Schiebel Antriebstechnik will also be exhibiting there.
This will be a good opportunity to meet Hannes Kraus in person and talk to him about international markets, current developments and the next steps for Schiebel.
With this appointment, Schiebel is strengthening its industry expertise and international sales experience. Kraus will play a key role in driving the further development of the business and product portfolio.
