Valve manufacturer receives award for employee development

The valve manufacturer HEROSE received the award in the two categories of employee development and corporate culture in the competition “Hamburg's Best Employers”. The basis for the award are scientifically based and standardised audits in which employees as well as managers report on their experiences in the company.

This year's award focused on two other important topics: employee development and corporate culture. At HEROSE, it is all about good cooperation, there is an open communication climate and direct communication channels, flat hierarchies and appreciative behaviour.

A good working atmosphere makes employees feel comfortable and this in turn increases employee motivation. This can also contribute to getting a grip on the current shortage of skilled workers.

In the past, HEROSE has already been awarded twice in this competition in the category of work-life balance. In the Corona period, this was important, especially for numerous families with children. Good individual solutions were found here.
