Doedijns International has announced that it has acquired all issued common stock of Site Valve Automation Centre and Site Tork at corporate premises of Ten Berge Notarissen in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Site has a workforce of 30 employees, with which it generates EUR 7.5 million of revenues per annum.

The business activities of Site will be integrated with those of affiliate Doedijns Pneumatics, without any loss of jobs. Doedijns Pneumatics will move to new built corporate premises of Site situated at Van Galenweg 23, Cuijk, The Netherlands and leave its corporate premises situated at Lange Linden 32, Cuijk, The Netherlands prior to 31 October 2010.

Business unit director of Doedijns Hydraulics, Martin Rosmolen, has been appointed as business unit director of Doedijns Pneumatics and will manage Doedijns Pneumatics as from 1 April 2010.
