Emerson acquires Enardo

Emerson acquired Enardo LLC, a safety and environmental control equipment provider for the oil and gas, petrochemical, wastewater, refining and other industries.

Enardo, with approximately USD 65M in sales last year, is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. It manufactures tank and terminal safety equipment, including hatches, vent, pressure and vacuum relief valves and flame arrestors used in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and other industries. Enardo was previously a division of HMT, a leading provider of above-ground storage tank products and services based in The Woodlands, Texas, USA.
