Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been awarded a contract from UK-based South East Water Ltd to provide program management, design, construction, and construction management services associated with South East Water's estimated GBP 400 million Asset Management Plan (AMP) 5 Capital Investment Programme (CIP) for 2010-2015.

The contract includes the option to extend the provision of services through AMP6 to 2020. South East Water's AMP5 CIP will invest in new and existing infrastructure associated with the supply of 565 million liters of drinking water each day to 2.1 million customers SE of England. Security and quality of supply will be improved through the investment in new and improved water sources, water treatment and distribution networks around South East Water's regions.
