Klinger Group acquires Westad Industri

Austria-headquartered Klinger Group acquired Westad Industri, a Norway-based manufacturer of high-tech butterfly and ball valves. Westad valves are primarily aimed at applications in LNG, LPG and LNE tanker systems as well as LNG liquefaction and storage facilities.
