MRC Global Inc. has appointed Dave A. Hager, former Executive Chairman of Devon Energy Corporation, to the MRC Global Board of Directors. He succeeds Barbara Duganier, who will retire at the end of her term of office at the next Annual General Meeting.

Dave Hager served as Executive Chairman of Devon Energy Corporation from 2021 to 2023 and was President and CEO from 2015 to 2021. Prior to Devon, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President - Exploration & Production. Prior to joining Devon in 2006, Mr Hager held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kerr-McGee Corporation. In addition to his board service at Devon Energy, Hager served as a non-executive director of EnLink Midstream, LLC from 2014 to 2018 and Pride International Inc. from 2008 to 2011.
