Malaysia has proposed that its state oil and gas company, Petroliam Nasional Bhd., or Petronas, plan build a USD 1.6 billion petrochemical complex with Germany-based BASF SE (BASFY) in Brunei.
Malaysia has also proposed that Petronas's subsidiary, Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd (5186.KU), build a fabrication yard in Brunei, Prime Minister Najib Razak was quoted as saying.
