Iran-based firm Khatam Ol Anbia will construct the Phase II of the Iran and Pakistan Pipeline project. The National Iranian Gas Co. and Khatam Ol Anbia have reached an agreement regarding the construction of a 270km section of pipeline.

The pipeline, which extends approximately 900km from the Assaluyen gas field in southwest Iran to Iranshahr in the southeast has a transmission capacity of 750 million cum per annum of natural gas.
