The AVK Group, a privately owned global industrial group, continues to grow: The InterApp Group is joining the AVK family as a new member and will operate under the name AVK Industrial Sales in future. The integration has already begun.
InterApp GmbH from Wülfrath has been selling high-quality fittings and accessories since it was founded in 1969. Now, 56 years later, the company is entering a new era under the umbrella of the AVK Group - with a new name and a strengthened network.
The AVK Group unites over 100 companies and is known worldwide for innovative solutions for valves, hydrants and accessories for water applications and industrial processes. Within AVK Industrial, long-established brands such as Indoil (high-performance ball valves), InterApp (PTFE- and elastomer-coated butterfly valves), Orbinox (knife gate valves), TecArtec (water cooling units) and WouterWitzel (vulcanized butterfly valves) are pooling their expertise.
New structure, proven quality
As part of the restructuring, various InterApp sales organizations will also be gradually transferred to AVK Industrial Sales. The aim is to strengthen customer support and provide an even broader range of solutions through closer cooperation and optimized processes.
The organizations in Poland and Italy will already be operating under the new name by the middle of the year and will start the next phase as pioneers.
Close cooperation is planned for the German-speaking markets to create a uniform DACH structure. The InterApp brand will continue to exist in the same way as the North American organization.
The sales structures of the other industrial brands in the DACH region and in North America will remain unchanged. The change will open new opportunities to provide innovative valve solutions for demanding applications - with the usual standards of quality, expertise and service.
