Gedik Casting and Valve has increased its casting and valve production capacities with the new foundry in Hendek-Sakarya, Turkey.

“GEDIK Casting and Valve” is owned by GEDIK HOLDING, one of the biggest conglomerates of TURKEY which also operates in welding, finance and education sectors with its market leader establishments. GEDIK Casting and Valve started its activities as one of the first valve manufacturing plants of TURKEY with the brand name of “TERMO” in 1967.

And now, Gedik Valve has the biggest integrated casting and valve plants with both sand casting and precision casting plants.

The Company has been increasing its casting and valve production capacities with the new foundry with 25.000m2 closed area, built in 2nd Organized Industrial Zone of Hendek, located at 160 km South-East of Istanbul.

The Company, currently has three main divisions namely Sand Casting, Investment Casting and “TERMO” Valve and Armatures.

The current capacity of company is 15.000 ton for sand casting manufacturing, 1500 ton for investment casting manufacturing and 250.000 pcs. capacity for valve manufacturing.
