Pekos keep growing and will increase the office space of their headquarters in Montmeló (Barcelona). The office expansion will be followed by reinforcement of various departments with new hires, aimed at maintaining and improving the usual level of service despite of the greatly increased workload.
Because of this office expansion, Pekos Valves will relocate the assembling area to a newly built part of the building, which will be equipped with a new crane (3,2Tn capacity), new functional test bench, new assembling workstations and with all the features requested by Pekos Automation. This is a recently created department, which designs automated valves packages, standard and special tailor-made solutions with different type of actuators, solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, various safety elements and any other customer’s requirements.
The new areas will be built within next few months. The automation area will be completely operational in October 2014 and the offices expansion finished at the beginning of February 2015. Every precaution is being taken to assure that the building works do not affect our normal service.
