VALVE DESIGN VALIDATION TESTING

DESIGN VALIDATION TESTING is a means to ensure that industrial valves perform within their design range. The high demand for severe service valves and development of custom valve design requires an increase in design validation testing and certification. Tracer gas leak detection is a highly effective technique for evaluating the integrity and performance of these valves. The standards, such as ISO 23632 / ISO 15484-1&2 / API 6A Annex PR2 and Shell MESC SPE 77/300, validate the design of the product by subjecting it to cycles at the designated conditions.

Today’s product spotlight is on VENTIL 's CP1200. The CP1200 is a new addition in the range of DVT / Leak Detection / Valve Test Equipment and can perform gas tests with accuracy, repeatability and compliance to standards:

- Fully Automatic Stand-Alone / Universal Gas Test System for Tracer Gasses up to 1.200 bar

- Computer Registration System (CRS2.0) including Cycle Testing

- Automatically Controlled Pressure Increase

- Pressure Connection to Test Object

- Set of Pressure Sensors: 0 - 250 bar; 0 - 400 bar; 0 - 700 bar; 0 - 1000 bar; 0 - 2000 bar

- Gas Amplifier System: 200 bar up to 1.200 bar

- Gas Supply Connection for Test Gas

- For Use in Combination with a VENTIL Safety Enclosure/Bunker
