It is the first time Anny Sun has been in Germany. In addition to visiting VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024, she is traveling all over Germany to visit customers. Before coming to the show, she was in Hannover. She says enthusiastically: "I really like Germany. My high expectations, especially for VALVE WORLD EXPO, have been exceeded." She is particularly surprised by the number of exhibitors from her home country. She adds: "The USA is our main market at the moment and we are just starting to work on Germany. I've already had a lot of good meetings." Her company specializes in the manufacture, machining and sale of forgings, particularly for valve components and equipment for the oil industry.

The two visitors from Swedes have been to VALVE WORLD EXPO many times and consider it an essential event. Procab AB is a Swedish company based in Gothenburg that specializes in the sale of high-quality industrial valves. The product range includes shut-off valves, check valves, control and automation valves and safety valves. Johan Lindberg is looking forward to the next two days: "Our priority is clearly to take care of our regular customers. We make appointments and discuss plans for the coming year. Personal meetings are the basis for individual service and long-term relationships.” Robert Gyllenhammer adds: "There is a lot of movement in the market at the moment: traditional sectors are weakening, renewable energies are getting stronger and stronger.

The head buyer is on the lookout for suppliers, but visits also existing cooperation partners at VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024 in Düsseldorf. “I have a lot of appointments and get new ideas for our company development in the areas of gate valves, butterfly valves and valves, to name but a few,” he says about his planning. The advantage of the trade fair is obvious to him: “I don't like flying at all. Many of our international partners, especially from Asia, are here.  This is the place to be for our business. It saves me a lot of traveling and I only have to drive here once from Poland to maintain and expand our network.”

Lenze is a global company specializing in automation solutions for mechanical engineering, with a focus on geared motors and drive technology. Its product range includes controllers, inverters, gearmotors, software solutions and IoT services. Sina Yazdanfar uses the show to cultivate business relationships and meet potential customers. In general, he sees many benefits to visiting VALVE WORLD EXPO. He explains: "The companies are open and I use the discussions to identify the contacts and specific requirements that are relevant to me. This information helps me in my work throughout the year and saves me a lot of time.”

Jaroslav Matousek, Project Engineer, ES Group Europe s.r.o , Pilsen, Czech Republic
As a project manager, Jaroslav Matousek is the link between the customer and the company's own development. The Energy Safety Group (ES Group) is an international company specializing in engineering and consulting services in the energy sector. He describes his focus: "I am involved in the development of nuclear energy. I keep up to date at the show because the requirements in this area are higher than anywhere else. This includes documentation, certificates and test series to ensure the highest level of safety.” His target region is Eastern Europe. He says: "VALVE WORLD EXPO 2024 is perfect to talk to my contacts from this region and to get new ideas.”
