Hands-on technological innovations, international encounters and a lively exchange of information: all of this awaits experts in the world of industrial fittings and valves from 3 to 5 December 2024 in Düsseldorf. After all, they are indispensable to all industries: they control flows and separate media from each other thereby preventing liquidity and gas transfers as well as leakages.
515 exhibitors from 35 countries will demonstrate that this sector is booming and showcase a plethora of innovations and solutions for the global energy transition, construction industry, the wide area of water and sewage, the chemical and petrochemical industries, the shipbuilding and marine sector, food and pharma industries as well as the classic fossil fuel sectors of oil and gas.
Exhibitor numbers reveal that this trade fair is one of the most international events in Messe Düsseldorf’s portfolio: 413 international and 102 German companies have their sights firmly set on their No. 1 Düsseldorf show as an innovation and communication platform in December. At this point in time over 15,000 square metres are already occupied in Halls 1 and 3.
European companies from Italy, UK, Spain and Turkey are strongly represented. Overseas exhibitors will be travelling from China, India, South Korea, Taiwan and the USA to Düsseldorf.
Expo Forum, KCI Conference, Valve Stars Awards, ecoMetals and High Potentials
The great innovative power boasted by this industry in 2024 is reflected not only in the international KCI Conference but also by the exciting line-up at the Expo Forum in Hall 3 (www.valveworldexpo.de/de/Programm/Valve_World_Expo_Forum) and the presentation of the Valve Stars Awards. The stage events in Hall 3 will kick off with four industry lectures starting at 11.30 am on 3 December, organised by publishers Vulkan Verlag.
On 4 December the programme features further talks and panel discussions with industry players; from 2.00 pm KCI will take the stage leaving it to the trade fair sponsors Kitz, MRC Global, Emerson, Neway, Velan and rotork, for the rest of the afternoon and on 5 December. They will report on the altered challenges from their companies.
On 4 December, however, all eyes will be on the Forum stage at 1.00 pm: for the second time now (after the premiere in 2022) the Valve Stars Awards will be presented in the four categories Valves, Sealing Technology, Actuators and Automation as part of the trade fair. An introduction to the participating companies can be found in online profiles on the Vulkan Verlag portal. From 1 September 2024 you are also invited to cast your vote online for the awards on this site. Applicants can register at: https://industriearmaturen.de/veranstaltungen/valve-stars-award-2024-jetzt-mitmachen-und-bewerben/
The accompanying Valve World Conference in Hall 1 will ensure a well-balanced knowledge transfer between theory and practice. The organisation of the Conference will again come care of KCI. https://valve-world-conference.com/
After its successful debut in 2022 the ecoMetals campaign at VALVE WORLD EXPO will illustrate for the second time now that sustainability, energy efficiency and resource conservation play a pivotal role, especially in energy-intensive industries. On the trade fair portal attendees can scan a previously compiled digital tour of the stands of exhibitors who deliberately produce sustainably, and then follow this itinerary at their leisure when visiting the trade fair. https://www.valveworldexpo.com/en/Program/ecoMetals/ecoMetals
In 2024 exhibitors will be given the opportunity to join the High Potential campaign for the first time: here they can pitch themselves as potential employers for Young Potentials. This talent recruitment initiative is about finding bright young minds for your own company and introducing yourself as a “great place to work”. https://www.valveworldexpo.com/en/Exhibit/Become_an_exhibitor/High_Potential_Days
