Walter Stauffenberg will be taking part in the Valve World Expo for the first time, presenting their products at the fair in Düsseldorf taking place between 30 Nov. and 2 Dec. 2010. This 7th specialist trade fair for industrial valves and fittings provides the ideal opportunity for the company to launch its new product line “Valves and Quick Connects” with the brand name Superlok. The line consists of standard-pressure and high-pressure ball valves for fluid and gaseous media. Ball valves to withstand an operating pressure of 689 bar are also included in the range. The trunnion bearing on this high-pressure version is made of high-grade PEEK material, ensuring a long service life even in extreme applications. Needle valves with integrated or bonnet-type spindle tips and high-pressure needles are also available. Like the other valves, the toggle valves in the STV series can all be combined with Superlok twin ferrule fittings – also on show at the Valve World. Further exhibits include check valves with a wide variety of end connections as well as relief valves with Lock-Wire technology for ensuring the pressure setting is maintained. Machine down-times can be reduced by installing Micron Inline Filters, type SIF. The exchangeable filter elements remove particles in the 0.5 – 90 µm range. Quick-connectors with and without valve functions ensure easy, leak-free connections and complete this package. All items in this latest range of products are 100% works-tested, warranting the highest standard of quality.
Besides these new articles, STAUFF will be exhibiting products from their Test, Hydraulic Accessories and fluid connectors ranges, such as flow indicators, pressure gauges, flanges and test points.
