Welcome to the VALVE WORLD EXPO 2022 up!date 02. As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to VALVE WORLD EXPO and right to you.

In addition, we will be supporting you with your trade fair preparations with our up!dates, in which you will find topics and deadlines that are critical to your planning now. The links take you directly to the Online Order System, the updated order deadlines and the exhibitors dashboard.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. Thus, we would like to recommend you to make a visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa application can be made up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

While new appointments are opening up continously, we recommend you to check the availability multiple times a day. Best chances for an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Due to the current world affairs and the resulting overall market situation, capacities in the area of stand construction are limited this year. For this reason, we would like to ask you to place orders for stand construction as soon as possible. Unfortunately. We can only guarantee implementation if we receive orders early in advance.

Successful Course of wire and Tube 2022

Back after four years: wire and Tube 2022 attracted 1,822 exhibitors from over 50 countries from 20 to 24 June 2022 to present technology highlights from their industries on 93,000 square metres of exhibition space.

Düsseldorf is and will remain the place to be for these weighty industries. Especially in times of sustainable change it is more important than ever to be represented here in Düsseldorf and in direct exchange with the players in these industries. Most companies plan to return again in 2024.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the VALVE WORLD EXPO online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Advertising in the Trade Fair Media

A basic entry in the digital and printed media including your hall and stand number is already included in your media fee. We provide media services so that you can clearly present your company, products and solutions to fair visitors. By doing so, you can polish your image while making it easier for potential clients to find and contact you.

You can view all media options in the new Online Order System and can place orders until the deadline on 31 August 2022.
