Become part of the ecoMetals Trails!

Debut of ecoMetals Initiative at VALVE WORLD EXPO 2022

Is your company’s production sustainable, energy and resource-efficient? Want to explain this to your trade visitors at your stand at VALVE WORLD EXPO from 29 November to 1 December 2022 and share best practice examples from your enterprise?

Then become part of Messe Düsseldorf’s ecoMetals trails. Set the scene for your product, process or technical solution. Take part and benefit from this initiative to effectively promote what you do. On 30 November guided tours will be offered for this – the ecoMetals trails – calling on the participating companies’ stands.

ecoMetals already convinced and enthused our trade visitors at wire and Tube in 2022. As easy as it gets for Euro 150.- participation costs:

• You are included in the guided tour, the so-called ecoMetals trails on 30 November 2022 leading to your stand

• Marketing and PR activities as part of the marketing campaigns launched by Messe Düsseldorf during the trade fair

• You are featured in the trade fair catalogue (advert and ecoMetals icon)

• You are featured in the Newsletter

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the VALVE WORLD EXPO online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Digitization of Parking Permits

Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post.

Freight Forwarding Services

Please note that is not permitted to operate your own cranes and forklift trucks on the fairgrounds. Forklift trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment as well as services like the transportation of exhibits, stand structures etc. incl. the supply of any auxiliary equipment can only be ordered from the forwarding agents appointed by us at the premises.

These exercise the exclusive right of freight forwarding at Messe Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre and will be pleased to help you.

Advertising Material

Take advantage of the free advertising materials for VALVE WORLD EXPO. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 17 October 2022.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 1 November 2022.
