Admission Vouchers
|
|
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the VALVE WORLD EXPO online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible. Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival. Travelling by train
For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Conference and Meeting Rooms

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 18 November 2022. And DüsseldorfCongress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.

Waste/Disposal
|
|
It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes. Order by 4 November.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards.

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.
Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
